Meet Marvel’s Newest Odd Couple!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see two functionally immortal mutants who are about as opposite as can be try and get along?  If you have, then this October grab the 1st issue of a 5-part series as Deadpool meets up with Old Man Logan in October in the aptly named DEADPOOL VS OLD MAN LOGAN.

Logan and Deadpool are both after a newly discovered Omega-mutant.  However, this isn’t the Wolverine who has often been tolerant of Deadpool’s rambling and chattering.  This is Old Man Logan, a man who has lived through the apocalypse and what little sense of humor he had was burned away long ago and he’s not likely to put up with any shenanigans.  But maybe, just maybe, they kind find some common ground in the horrors they’ve both lived through.

“DEADPOOL vs. OLD MAN LOGAN is a not so buddy-buddy buddy comedy with all the bickering, explosions and stabbing you’d expect from a comic starring Deadpool and Logan as they both race to do their version of the right thing by a young mutant,” according to the artist, Mike Henderson (known for Secret Wars Battleworld).  He’s teaming up with Declan Shalvey, an up and coming writer who’s worked on Deadpool, Thunderbolts, and Moon Knight.
