Synopsis: Crime is down by a landslide in Gotham, one of the cities with the highest crime rate, like ever. The Batfam including Batwoman, Batwing, Azreal, Spoiler, Orphan, Clay Face become suspicious and pay distant relative Jason and his team a rude visit.
What You’ll Need To Know: So at this point, after Bizarro’s rebirth, everybody is very skeptical of Bizzaro’s insane intelligence. Especially since that was bestowed upon him by Lex Freakin’ Luthor. Anyways, The Outlaws have been able to stay on top of crime. Bizarro’s goal is to eradicate it completely. Unrealistic, but with what they have accomplished so far they might be able to.
Even though Jason is still in affiliate with Batman, him and Kate Kane do not really have relationship like him and the rest of the Robin’s. To try and link this to Detective Comics, Tim Drake is gone so that link with one of the Robin’s is gone.
In This Issue: Artemis is still obsessed with Bizarro’s new intelligence, especially since he is spending more time isolated in his lab. Why would that be? What is the one problem he cannot solve? In Bizarro Reborn Part 1, Bizarro learns that this is not forever. He made up from brains with brawn, not only that, he had heart. It hurts him that he will not have his super intelligence forever. Anyways, he’s trying to accomplish as much as he can while he still has it, maybe even finding a way to make it last. Batwoman is integrating Bizarro, Clayface was able to infiltrate the Outlaw’s version of The Watchtower. Unfortunately, this fight goes south for The Outlaws. Not only was it bad enough the extended BatFam beat them, they have other intentions to give them to someone known only as “Her”.
