To me my X-men (Uncanny X-men #9 a comic book review)
Uncanny X-men Issue 9 (Disassembled Part Nine)
Writer: Ed Brisson, Matthew Rosenberg and Kelly Thompson

Letters: VC’s Joe Caramagna
What you need to know:
X-man escapes the Age of Apocalypse in Legion’s body and he wants words with the X-men, his plan to bring peace to the world has not gone down to well.
What just happened?
Its all out war X-man is back from the Age of Apocalypse taken over Legions body and is on the Warpath even killing dupes of Jamie Madrox, he makes Strom one of his puppets.
Being outgunned Jean sends out the psychic cry to me my X-men, now its a battle against X-man who sounds like a child it was never good enough for you that I was trying to help save the world. It was also nice to see Evan part of that mix meaning Apocalypse must have been another clone of En Saban Nur.
Finally Jean accepts that the young mutants have a good plan, bout time right, absorbing the Horseman of peace into her bubble to allow the X-men to focus on pushing towards victory with X-man is a bold move from Armour, Santo and Glob.
Also Beast confronts Anole about giving the mutant vaccine away and Apocalypse makes his move on the senator, will he succeed and does X-man succeed in destroying the X-men.
Uncanny continues to retain the event feel with a showdown of shorts, however, there is a final twist to add to the excitement.
The art feels crisp detailing some fantastic fight scene, speaking of which even thou the issue has a lot of fighting there is still story to it.
I would still like a more character driven story for the long term but short term what an opening Uncanny has and fans should be thrilled with the direction it is heading in.
